Gladys Stefany
Gladys is an experienced broker having worked in the field for almost a decade. In addition to being a broker, she is a Certified Life Course Ambassador and “Mom” to an adult daughter who has disabilities. She has had a great deal of experience with both AWC and VFEA (currently PPL) as a Supports Broker, an SSP, and both ME and CLE. She is the founder and administrator of the Facebook Group CLE Connection - Pennsylvania.
Gladys lives in Pike County and serves families in Carbon, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne in person. She works successfully with other individuals virtually in many other counties. If someone is willing to work virtually, she will work with you in any county in Pennsylvania.
Kelly Koblacki
Kelly has worked in Human Services for 20+ years. She has a BA in Child and Family Studies and began working with individuals with disabilities during college.
Kelly has been providing Support Broker services in PA since 2021.
Previously in her career, Kelly gained experience working as a 1:1 DSP, employment support & job development, behavior coach for individuals with autism, camp counselor and early childhood development. She has a passion for supporting individuals' success & independence. Kelly happily serves families & individuals in Western PA & is open for new clients.
