Benis Addaaquah
Benis Addaaquah is dedicated and committed to serving individuals and families within the disability community. She brings meaningful, hands-on experience supporting individuals with special needs through active involvement in her community and through close family relationships. These experiences have shaped her compassionate, patient, and solutions-oriented approach.
Benis is passionate about working with people and takes pride in building strong, trust-based relationships. She understands the importance of advocacy, clear communication, and helping families confidently navigate available services and supports. His approach is person-centered, respectful, and grounded in integrity.
She is available to work with individuals and families throughout Chester County.
Kelly Koblacki
Kelly has worked in Human Services for 20+ years. She has a BA in Child and Family Studies and began working with individuals with disabilities during college. Kelly has been providing Support Broker services in PA since 2021.
Previously in her career, Kelly gained experience working as a 1:1 DSP, employment support & job development, behavior coach for individuals with autism, camp counselor and early childhood development. She has a passion for supporting individuals' success & independence. Kelly happily serves families & individuals in Western PA & is open for new clients.

Lucille Piggott-Prawl
Lucille is a community leader, Certified Supports Broker, disability rights advocate, and an outreach professional with extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. She currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator and Project Manager at The PEAL Center, where she leads initiatives that empower youth, families, and communities through education, advocacy, and transition support. Lucille also serves on the Pennsylvania Special Education Advisory Panel (SEAP) and is an active board member with PA Inclusive and Disability Rights Pennsylvania, contributing to governance, advocacy, and inclusive policy development.
In addition to her professional roles, Lucille is pursuing a Master’s degree in Community-Based Education and Leadership at Stevenson University and is preparing for doctoral studies focused on inclusive leadership, community engagement, and disability policy. She is the founder of Intergenerational Community Connections and Inclusive Living (ICCL), an initiative that works to reduce social isolation and increase belonging among transition-age youth, adults with disabilities, and older adults in rural Pennsylvania communities.
Lucille lives in Montgomery County and collaborates with families, community partners, and organizations across Pennsylvania. She is committed to strengthening inclusive communities through education, partnership, and evidence-based community engagement.

Gladys Stefany
Gladys is an experienced broker having worked in the field for almost a decade. In addition to being a broker, she is a Certified Life Course Ambassador and “Mom” to an adult daughter who has disabilities. She has had a great deal of experience with both AWC and VFEA (currently PPL) as a Supports Broker, an SSP, and both ME and CLE. She is the founder and administrator of the Facebook Group CLE Connection - Pennsylvania.
Gladys lives in Pike County and serves families in Carbon, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne in person. She works successfully with other individuals virtually in many other counties. If someone is willing to work virtually, she will work with you in any county in Pennsylvania.
